An explosion could be heard in Kharkiv during an air raid alert overnight, national broadcaster Suspilne Kharkiv reported on Telegram on July 22.
The explosion was heard in the city at 1:11 a.m. EET.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported the threat of using ballistic weapons from the east before that, at 1:09 a.m.
