Power outages and explosions reported in Kharkiv after more Russian strikes

Russia struck the city of Kharkiv on Oct. 18, Kharkiv Oblast State Administration head, Oleh Synehubov, reported on Telegram.
"For the attention of residents of Kharkiv and the region: the occupiers are striking," the message says.
When announcing that Kharkiv was being shelled again, Mayor Ihor Terekhov noted that there were some problems with electricity and that emergency services had already begun work on stabilizing the voltage.
Early reports indicate the Industrialnyi district was hit.
Public broadcaster Suspilne reported explosions in Kharkiv earlier on Oct. 18.
Overnight on Oct. 17-18, Russia launched six missile strikes on Zaporizhzhya. Two people died as a result of a high-rise building being hit.
According to preliminary data, Russia struck with S-300 air defense systems.
