A series of explosions shook Russian-occupied Crimea
overnight from March 27 to 28, Telegram channel Crimean Wind reported, citing eyewitness
accounts.
At 9:23 p.m. Kyiv time, residents in occupied Simferopol heard "two loud bangs" about 10 to 15 seconds apart, the channel said. At 9:35 p.m., a powerful blast was reported near the Hvardiyske airfield; a subscriber told Crimean Wind.
“It sounded like an incoming strike,” the report said.
Later, drones were reported flying low over houses near
Kirovske. At 10:24 p.m., two powerful explosions were heard over the area, and
at 10:34 p.m. a subscriber reported an explosion near the Kirovske airfield.
