The attack knocked out power to several districts of Luhansk.
Occupation authorities have not commented on the attack.
Drones previously struck railway infrastructure in Luhansk on June 6.
Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) and the 1st Separate Center for Unmanned Systems struck a Russian military train, fuel tanks, and field ammunition depots on May 23. The attack also hit repair bases and telecommunications infrastructure used by Russian forces in occupied Luhansk Oblast.
The SBU estimated that more than 80 Russian personnel were killed or wounded during the operation. The strike also destroyed a troop deployment point, a repair base for servicing Russian drones, an occupation police building, military hardware, and fuel supplies.
Additionally, the Ukrainian General Staff reported a strike on the headquarters of the Russian special forces unit "Rubicon" in occupied Starobilsk on May 22. Military officials denied claims by occupation authorities that the attack hit a pedagogical institute where students were present.
