Strong thermal signatures have been detected at the site of the building, according to monitoring channels. Following the strike, explosions consistent with the detonation of ammunition were reportedly heard in the area, Crimean Wind reported.
Monitoring groups also reported a fire near the administrative border of Crimea, in the area of the Armyansk (Kalanchak) checkpoint. Russian military positions, including a platoon stronghold, are located about 850 meters southwest of the site, according to Crimean Wind.
Local Telegram channels reported that occupation authorities temporarily suspended traffic across the Crimean Bridge and halted passenger ferry services in occupied Crimea on Sunday.
Earlier, the Russian-installed authorities in Crimea also canceled all mass events scheduled on the peninsula from June 22 onward.
Powerful explosions were reported across Crimea overnight. Monitoring channels said the Tavriya Thermal Power Plant was targeted, causing power outages in several parts of the peninsula.
