Russian forces continue advance in Donetsk Oblast, says monitoring group

Russian forces advanced near the settlements of Sukha Balka and Druzhba in the Toretsk sector and near the city of Vuhledar in Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast, the DeepState monitoring group reported on Telegram late on Sept. 4, posting the updated map of the frontline.
The enemy has also gained territory near the village of Prechystivka.

On the same day, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported heavy fighting in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhov sectors, and 112 combat engagements near Toretsk.

This follows an earlier report of Sept. 1 of the village of Paraskoviivka capture by Russian troops.
