In Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine, ongoing network restrictions have left approximately 300,000 households without electricity, Ukrainian Energy Ministry reported on April 6.

The region continues to experience power outages, with scheduled blackouts still in place to manage the situation.

Several high-voltage power lines were shut down due to technical issues in Kharkiv Oblast overnight on April 6, leading to the disconnection of equipment at high-voltage substations. Efforts were made throughout the day to restore operation to both the power lines and equipment at the substations.

"Unfortunately, restrictions persist in Kharkiv due to significant damage to equipment caused by enemy shelling," the Energy Ministry said.

Ukraine's power grid does not suffer from an electricity deficit, and the energy system is operating in a balanced manner as of the morning of April 6, the Energy Ministry said.
