The programs will cover everything from basic training to command-level courses, creating a unified platform for the entire military, Khartiia Corps commander Ihor Obolenskyi stated.
The two units are currently working on shared curricula for basic training, sergeant courses, junior officer retraining and staff preparation, while also unifying terminology, interaction standards, technical compatibility, and medical support.
The Third Army Corps is adopting Khartiia Corps elements of battle management, digital communications and security, while Khartiia integrates Third Corps experience in sergeant training, assault operations, fire support, air defense, and electronic warfare.
“We want 100% of personnel to undergo basic military training within our corps,” Third Corps commander Andriy Biletskyi said. “We also want sergeant, junior officer and staff training to take place internally, without external centers, and as efficiently as possible.”
The developed programs could be scaled not only across Ukraine but also in cooperation with NATO partners, the release added.
