Two people were killed in a Russian strike at a road intersection in the Ukrainian frontline city of Kherson, Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported on Telegram on March 4.
The investigation determined that the strike occurred around 9:05 a.m., killing a 76-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man. Law enforcement officers are documenting the aftermath of the attack.
A preliminary investigation has been opened under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning a war crime resulting in civilian deaths.
