One Zircon anti-ship missile was fired from occupied Crimea. Eighteen Iskander-M and S-300 ballistic missiles, as well as fifteen Kh-101 cruise missiles were launched from Russia’s Bryansk, Rostov, and Vologda oblasts.

Kyiv and its suburbs were the main targets of the air assault.

By 10 a.m., Ukraine’s air defenses had shot down or suppressed 342 targets, including:

  • 14 Iskander-M/S-300 ballistic missiles
  • 13 Kh-101 cruise missiles

Five missiles and 24 attack drones hit 11 sites across the country. Another 12 sites reported damage from the intercepted drone and missile debris. Information on two missiles is still being verified.

Shortly after the attack, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had received urgently needed air-defense missiles the day before Russia launched its massive overnight drone and missile assault.
