The repair of a major pipeline in the village of Dobrotvir, Lviv Oblast was completed at 1 a.m. after it was damaged in a large-scale missile and drone attack by Russia, regional governor Maksym Kozytskyi reported on Telegram on Nov. 18.

Lviv Regional State Administration head Maksym Kozytskyi reported that heat supply to homes was restored after a Russian attack left 6,000 people without heat. He thanked services for their quick response.

Kozytskyi added that a 68-year-old man injured in the attack was discharged from the hospital and is in stable condition, while medics assisted other victims on-site.

On Nov. 17, Kozytskyi said fragments from a Russian rocket caused a fire in the Sheptytskyi district, damaging garages and a car. A 66-year-old woman in the car died from the debris, and two men were injured, one requiring hospitalization.

Kozytskyi also noted that the attack targeted critical infrastructure, damaging a major heat supply pipeline.
