The missile attack in Lysychansk that resulted in 28 deaths on Feb. 3 targeted a popular meeting spot for senior occupation “authorities”, the Adriatica café, reported journalist Denys Kazansky on Telegram on Feb.4.

“The local occupation administration gathered for a drinking session at the café”, Kazansky said, sharing a screenshot of the relevant post.

“The top brass of 'emergency services,' 'prosecutors,' 'deputies' (none of whom were elected) were present. Russian media, deceitful as always, are trying to portray them as 'civilians,' but some propagandists are gradually acknowledging the real situation. They are advising collaborators and gauleiters not to gather in one place to avoid being wiped out by a single missile."

Russian propaganda falsely claimes the Adriatica café to be a bakery.

Russian occupiers accused Ukraine of shelling a bakery in occupied Lysychansk, allegedly killing civilians on Feb. 3.

There have been no official statements regarding the strike from the Ukrainian military.
