He is now expected to visit in the next few weeks, French authorities announced.
Initially expected in mid-February for signing a bilateral security agreement, President Macron's visit was then rescheduled. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to Paris instead, where the treaty was signed.
The second date for his visit, originally set for early March according to diplomats, was pushed back by a few days.
Macron is expected to visit Ukraine in the coming weeks.
The rescheduling of Macron's visit to Ukraine for the third time comes soon after a Russian missile fell near the Ukrainian President and the Greek Prime Minister during their visit to Odesa. Macron was also scheduled to visit this city during his trip to Ukraine, Reuters wrote.
The French President is considering traveling to Ukraine with other Western leaders to show unity among allies and solidarity with Ukraine, diplomats sources said.
Zelenskyy had a phone call with Macron on March 10, where they discussed expectations for an upcoming meeting in Ukraine soon.
