Bild has since removed the article from its website.
The photos, previously posted on the Instagram account luizaroz__/, have also been deleted, except for a parody image with Putin's face pasted on.
"I want everyone to know that this account is fake. I have never opposed the war, I adore Russia and its government. There have never been any Telegram channels associated with me, and the person behind this account and posts is shown in the photo. Stop writing to me, I will not give any comments," reads the caption of the post.
The model whose images were used confirmed the deception.
In a series of Telegram posts obtained by Bild, Krivonogikh wrote about her alleged father, a man "who took millions of lives and destroyed mine."
The 22-year-old did not name Putin directly, but the reference was widely interpreted as her first public break with the Russian dictator.
Krivonogikh lived and worked in Paris at the Studio Albatros gallery until at least 2021, while regularly flying to Russia. Judging by her flights, she now spends a significant amount of time in Russia.
