Unidentified assailants set fire to a railway substation in a Moscow suburb with a Molotov cocktail, the Russian Baza Telegram channel reported on Aug. 23.

The two-room power grid station, located on the Khimki-Skhodnya line of the Oktyabrskaya Railway, was reportedly set ablaze on the night of Aug. 22-23. The assailants allegedly unscrewed the ventilation grilles and threw in a Molotov cocktail.

Several fire brigades rushed to the scene, but the station building burned down completely. It was used to distribute electricity to neighboring areas depending on the railroad's load.
