“Pleased to announce my participation in the Munich Security Conference 2025,” he said.
“As the special representative of the U.S. President for Russia and Ukraine, I look forward to speaking about Donald Trump's goal to end the bloody and costly war in Ukraine. I’ll meet with America’s allies who are ready to work with us.”
The Munich Security Conference will take place from Feb. 14 to 16.
On Feb. 1, Kellogg mentioned that Trump allegedly has a "reliable plan" to end Russia's war against Ukraine and initiate peace talks.
According to Kellogg, Washington is considering the possibility of "pressuring not only Moscow but also Kyiv" and proposing positive initiatives for both sides.
The Wall Street Journal reported on Jan. 22 that President Trump had tasked Kellogg with ending the war in Ukraine within 100 days, although this goal seems unlikely to be achieved.
