The drone can carry out interceptions with minimal operator input because it processes tracking data on board, the report said.
UEB-1 has a range of about 18 kilometers (11 miles) and a flight time of more than 10 minutes. Its warhead weighs about half a kilogram and the drone itself weighs about 3.1 kilograms. OSIRIS AI presented the UEB-1 at the Xponential trade show in Düsseldorf.
On March 12, Ihor Fedirko, executive director of the
Ukrainian Council of Arms Manufacturers, told NV Radio that current production
of Ukrainian interceptor drones is two to three times greater than the needs of
the Armed Forces. He said that as of January 2026, Ukrainian manufacturers were
producing 80% to 90% of the number of interceptor drones required by the Armed
Forces, but that production has increased significantly in the past two months.
