A ministry spokesperson told Ukrainian public broadcaster Suspilne that the hybrid meeting—combining in-person and virtual participation—will be convened without a publicly released agenda.
Earlier this month, Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal told Suspilne that the Ramstein meeting would occur in September. He said he had discussed preparations on Aug. 13 during a call with UK Defense Secretary John Healey.
The 29th Ramstein meeting was held on July 21 in Kyiv. Following that session, Shmyhal said Ukraine would receive five Patriot air-defense systems and funding to support the maintenance of its F-16 jets.
The UK and Germany assumed leadership of the Ramstein process in February after Pentagon chief Pete Hegset said the United States would no longer play a key role in the regular meetings launched by under U.S. President Joe Biden in April 2022.
