Odesan Athletes respond to attack on their hometown, even their own house

The famous Ukrainian fencer Olena Kravatska reacted to the Russian terrorist attack in Odesa on December 29.

On Instagram, the athlete posted a photo of a residential building in Odesa, which was hit by an enemy missile. The fencer remembered how she used to live with her family in this building destroyed by the invaders.

“Odesa. This is the house where I lived with my family for 6 years, and it is my building, we moved there after the start of the war. I can't believe it, I have tears in my eyes," Kravatska wrote.

Note that Olena Kravatska won gold at the 2010 World Championship, silver at the 2012 European Championship, and bronze at the 2014 World Cup. At the Olympic Games in 2016, Kravatska took second place in the team competition.

Karate Champion Anzhelika Terlyuga, also from Odesa reacted to the attack on her hometown by saying on Instagram, “When will this evil die?! One wish for all holidays is the end of the war, the end of murders, the end of suffering, the punishment of the last terrorists.”
