Russian missile debris damages Odesa port and Antigua-flagged civilian ship

Russia launched an Iskander-M missile at Odesa, damaging the port, civilian infrastructure, and an Antigua-flagged vessel, according to Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper on Sept. 20.
Four civilians were injured in the Odesa missile attack and are receiving necessary care.
Earlier, explosions were reported, and the Ukrainian Air Force had warned of a ballistic missile threat. On the night of Sept. 20, air raid alarms were declared in several oblasts due to the threat of Russian UAVs and missile strikes.
The Air Force shot down 61 of 70 Shahed drones and a Kh-59 missile, while nine drones went off course.
