The Ukrainian Air Force had issued an air raid alert shortly
before the attack, warning of two missiles heading towards Odesa Oblast.
“Russia attacked Odesa Oblast with two cruise missiles,
probably Iskander-K. One of the missiles did not reach its target due to the
active counteraction of the air defenses,” the statement said.
