Oil-like stains and dead birds found on beaches in Odesa after Russian drone attacks

He said the slicks were spotted near Delfin and Langeron beaches. Experts are working to determine their size and origin.

He said specialists from the Environmental Inspection Service, KP Uzberezhzhia, the Municipal Emergency and Rescue Service, and the Odesa City Council’s Department of Municipal Security have been dispatched to the scene.
