Overnight Russian drone attack — three hits in Cherkasy Oblast, infrastructure damaged in Zhytomyr Oblast

The work of air defence work was heard in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, though all suicide drones approaching the capital were neutralized.

"Today, the enemy once again attacked Zhytomyr Oblast with suicide drones. According to preliminary data, an infrastructure facility was damaged in the Shahed attack. All emergency services have arrived at the scene and are working. The information about casualties and the scale of the damage is being clarified," regional governor Vitaliy Bunchenk reported on Telegram.

"Air defense was working in the oblast during the air raid alarm. All enemy aerial targets were eliminated. No impact reported in the region. No one was killed or wounded. According to the operational data, no fragments fell on Kyiv Oblast's settlements," Kyiv military administration chief Ruslan Kravchenko wrote on Telegram.
Bushes and grass in a field caught fire due to the debris, which was extinguished. Operational groups continue their work identifying and clearing the effects of the attack, Kravchenko said.
