According to him, power is partially out in four localities
in the oblast, including Khmelnytskyi. Energy workers are currently working to
restore electricity.
Overall, air defense forces shot down eight Shahed-type
drones over the region. There were no casualties, Tyurin added.
Earlier, on the morning of Oct. 26, monitoring channels
reported explosions in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
In the evening of Oct. 25, one
of the drones struck a high-rise building in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv,
causing a fire and resulting in the death of a child, with six people
injured. In
Kyiv Oblast, a woman was killed and a 13-year-old boy was injured during
the nighttime attack, which also caused fires in two districts.
Additionally, it is known that the Russians attacked Dnipro with ballistic missiles, resulting in three deaths and 20 injuries. Several buildings and the Mechnikov Hospital were damaged in the city.
