The analysts, from CyberBoroshno and Dnipro Osint Telegram
channels, said they identified the location of video showing the blaze and
published coordinates (59.701923, 28.448611). They called the incident “one of
the most effective attacks on the Russian Federation’s port export
infrastructure to date” and described the damage done to Ust-Luga as “hell for
Russian oil exports.”
Footage posted to Dnipro Osint showed flames at the port,
one of Russia’s main Baltic Sea export hubs for petroleum products.
Earlier the same day, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) stated that the drone strike was conducted jointly by the SBU, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces (SOF), the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR), and the State Border Guard Service.
"Today's special operation is a symbolic 'gift' to the
enemy for SBU Day," citing SBU head Major General Yevhen Khmara said.
