Kyiv is shifting to stabilization power outage schedules amid ongoing Russian strikes on energy infrastructure, Ukraine's largest private energy company DTEK reported on Nov. 8.

"If Ukrenergo changes its directives, the schedules will change too. We ask you to check them during the day, especially before important tasks," DTEK added.
Overnight into Nov. 8, Russia attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure with 503 strike drones and missiles of various types.
After that, DTEK reported that Ukrenergo had ordered emergency outages outside the regular schedules.
