Russian drone barrage hits power and rail facilities in Odesa Oblast

Civilian energy and transport infrastructure were damaged in a massive overnight Russian drone assault on Ukraine’s southern Odesa Oblast, regional Governor Oleh Kiper reported on Telegram on Nov. 11.
The strikes sparked fires at several energy facilities, which were quickly extinguished by emergency services.

A Ukrzaliznytsia depot and several administrative buildings were also damaged in the attack. One person was wounded by shrapnel and received medical assistance.

Kiper added that critical infrastructure in the region continues to operate on backup generators, and emergency centers have been opened to assist residents.
