A powerful explosion occurred in Moscow on June 30, followed by a significant fire, Russian propagandists reported, sharing footage from the scene.

The blast took place on Plekhanova Street, near building No. 17, where initial reports suggested a car had exploded.

Eyewitnesses claimed to have heard two explosions. The fire spread to an adjacent building, engulfing the facade from the first to the third floor. Ambulances and rescuers were dispatched to the scene.

Updated information clarified that the explosion originated from a diesel boiler housed in a container near the building.

On June 26, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported a drone attack on the city.

On June 25, explosions were reported in Taganrog, Russia, where Andriy Kovalenko, head of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council’s Center for Countering Disinformation, stated that a strike hit Atlant-Aero, a company producing components for combat drones, control systems, and electronic warfare equipment.
