The offering covers specific land plots, facilities belonging to the ski complex, and buildings of the Radisson hotel complex, the bank said.
“The auctions are being held under a strategy and operational plan for managing distressed assets approved by the supervisory board,” the financial institution added.
Three separate lots are on offer.
Lot 1 includes 14 passenger chairlifts of the ski complex and 30 land parcels totaling 98.72 hectares, located in the village of Polyanytsya (Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast).
Lot 2 covers 10 non-residential premises with a total area of 4,209.2 sq m and four land plots totaling 2.15 hectares in Polyanytsya (Yaremche, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast).
Lot 3 provides for leasing hotel complex buildings measuring 30,577.9 sq m (Yaremche, Polyanytsya, Shchivky tract, bldg. 220) and 8,648.4 sq m (Yaremche, Polyanytsya, Vyshni tract, bldg. 221), together with two land parcels of 2.96 hectares and 0.63 hectares, respectively. All assets in this lot are leased under a single contract.
The lease term is one year with automatic renewal unless either party gives notice of termination no later than 30 days before the end of the term; this condition applies to all three lots.
The bank specified that participants admitted to the e-auctions must not be under sanctions, must not be linked to high-risk structures, and must have relevant experience managing such assets (for Lots 1 and 3).
Bids for all three lots are accepted through Nov. 19, and the auctions on the platform are scheduled for Nov. 20.
