Bolt noted that taxi service is vital for residents who need to reach warm locations with electricity and communications, resilience hubs, or medical facilities for medicine or supplies.
“Curfew is primarily about safety; we urge you to take nighttime trips only when necessary, heed air-raid alerts and look after yourself and your loved ones,” the company said.
Earlier the same day, the government announced exceptions to regular curfew rules applicable to regions where a state of energy emergency was declared, including the Ukrainian capital.
