Rocket debris hits high-rise apartment, kindergarten as Russia attacks Kyiv early on Jan. 23 morning

Rocket debris fell on the roof of a high-rise apartment building in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district as Russia attacked
the Ukrainian capital early on Jan. 23, the Kyiv City State Administration
reported on Telegram.
The falling debris did not ignite a fire on the building.
Rocket debris also fell near kindergarten, though there were no initial reports of damages or fires.
No casualties have yet been reported, though the information is preliminary and subject to change.
Air raid alerts blared out across several Ukrainian oblasts in response to the reported use of up to 10 cruise missile launches from Tu-95MS aircraft on Jan. 23.
Explosions could be heard in a number of oblasts, including Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro.
