At least three people were killed and 15 others were injured in a Russian FPV drone strike on a bus in central Nikopol in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Oblast early in the morning on April 7, regional Governor Oleksandr Hanza reported on Telegram, sharing photos of the aftermath.

The drone hit the bus as it approached a stop, injuring people inside the vehicle and at the stop.

“This was deliberate terror against civilians — against people who were simply going about their business,” Hanza said.

Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, said the victims included two women and one man.

"A brutal strike on civilian public transport during rush hour, when people were on their way to work,” Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said, adding that emergency crews worked at the scene from the moment of the strike and rescued seven people trapped in the wreckage.
