Russia has attacked critical infrastructure in Ukraine’s Zhytomyr Oblast for a second consecutive day, the State Emergency Service said on Sept. 30.

The attack damaged critical infrastructure facilities and private businesses and sparked fires in the Korosten, Zhytomyr and Zviahel districts.

Four passenger cars also caught fire. The fires have been extinguished, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said.
