The Russian army attacked an energy infrastructure facility in Chernihiv Oblast with Shahed UAVs overnight on July 19, regional governor Vyacheslav Chaus reported on Telegram.
Emergency services are currently working at the site, and emergency repair work is underway.
The Russian troops attacked an energy infrastructure facility in the Konotop district of Sumy Oblast with a drone, the press service of the regional military administration reported.
An air raid alert was declared in the northern regions of Ukraine in the early hours of July 20 due to a drone attack. Explosions were heard, including in Kyiv.
