Russia attacked Zhytomyr Oblast with Iranian-made Shahed suicide drones and hit several targets in the early hours of July 19, regional governor Vitaliy Bunechko reported on Telegram.
No casualties have been reported. An infrastructure facility and houses were damaged in the attack, Bunechko said. All emergency services arrived promptly at the scene.
Air-raid sirens sounded several times across Ukraine last night. Russian forces reportedly launched Iranian-made Shahed drones and cruise missiles.
All drones approaching Kyiv were downed. Explosions were heard overnight in Odesa at the Black Sea coast and in the morning in Kropyvnytskyi, in Ukraine's central Kirovohrad Oblast.
