The Russian military dropped explosives from a drone onto an invincibility point – a space guaranteed to have power and internet even during blackouts – in Kherson Oblast, injuring three people, the Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office reported on March 23.

Settlements in Kherson Oblast’s Beryslav district were struck at about 10:10 p.m., the government says.

The Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against Russia for violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The victims are being treated for injuries of varying severity.

The Kherson Oblast Military Prosecutor's Office added that a 74-year-old woman with a mine-blast injury and an arm injury, as well a 61-year-old woman with a concussion, were hospitalized. A man, 54, was among the victims. Doctors diagnosed him with a mine-blast injury, head injury and contusion.
