Russian forces launch 112 drones at Ukraine overnight, 89 shot down — Air Force

Russian occupying forces launched a massive drone attack on
Ukraine overnight into Aug. 7, firing 112 Shahed-type attack drones and other
decoy UAVs of various types, according
to Ukraine’s Air Force.
As of 9 a.m. local time, air defenses had reportedly downed
89 Russian drones across northern, eastern, and central regions of the country.
The Air Force said 23 drones hit 11 locations, while debris
and downed Shaheds fell in three other areas.
Earlier on Aug. 7, the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military
Administration reported a large-scale Shahed drone attack on the region.
Numerous buildings were damaged in Dnipro, and four people were injured.
Pavlohrad and Kryvyi Rih were also targeted, sparking fires.
