He expressed his condolences to the families and friends of the victims, adding that rescue operations in the Kyiv suburbs of Brovary and Hlevakha continued throughout the night.
“The injured are being provided with the necessary assistance. The rescue operation was completed only at 9 a.m.,” he said, thanking the State Emergencies Service, medical workers, and police officers for their efforts in providing assistance and saving people. He also expressed gratitude to international leaders who are pressuring Russia to end its war against Ukraine.
"There must be accountability for every component for the production of Shahed (drones) and missiles supplied in violation of sanctions. Russia would not be able to fight at all if the ability of Russian accomplices to support this terror and attacks on the front were really limited."
Three people were killed and at least two others injured in a Russian drone attack in the suburbs of Kyiv.
