ATESH reports that Russia is trying to increase the number of air defense systems in Crimea

The Russian
military in temporarily occupied Crimea is trying to
increase the number of air defense systems available after strikes on the
airfield in Hvardiyske, the ATESH guerrilla movement reported on Telegram on March
5.
ATESH noted that their agents in the military and civilian population continue working to inflict devastating damage on the occupiers and provide intelligence to the Ukrainian military.
The Russian airbase in Hvardiyske, Crimea was attacked by two missiles on March 1. According to the Russians, at least three soldiers were injured.
The 37th Mixed Aviation Regiment of the Russian Air Force, made up of two squadrons of Su-24M and Su-25SM consisting of 12 aircraft each, is located at this airbase.
