The first drone was allegedly destroyed over the Ruza district of Moscow Oblast, while another was supposedly intercepted in the Istra district, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said on Telegram.
No damage or casualties have been reported as a result of the incidents.

Moscow’s Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports were temporarily closed for departures and arrivals. Four flights were rerouted to the Kazan airport, over 800km away.
Earlier, explosions rocked Moscow and the surrounding area overnight on Aug. 18. A drone exploded near the Moskva-City complex, Russian media claimed, posting a video of a woman saying that the Moskva-City had been "blown up again." All Moscow airports were closed for departure and arrival on Aug. 18.
Drone attacks have become frequent in Moscow in the past months. Unidentified drones attacked the Russian capital on July 30, with a drone colliding with the IQ tower within Moskva-City, resulting in damage to an office of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.
There have been several other attacks, one of which briefly set fire to one of the domes of the Kremlin.
