On Sept. 7, the Russian forces shelled Kostiantynivka in
Donetsk Oblast with artillery, killing three men aged 24 to 69, while three
others sustained minor injuries, reported
regional governor Vadym Filashkin.
Filashkin stated that a high-rise building, an
administrative building, a store, a pharmacy, six vehicles, and three power
lines were damaged.
He urged residents to avoid danger and evacuate the city.
The day before, the press service of the Ministry for
Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories announced mandatory evacuation of children from 31 settlements in Pokrovsk and Kramatorsk districts
of Donetsk Oblast.
On Sept. 5, it was reported that 433 people, including 249
children, had been evacuated from the Kostiantynivka community over the past
week.
