Russian forces carried out another massive drone attack on Odesa, damaging critical infrastructure and leaving one of the city’s densely populated districts without electricity, water, and heating, regional Governor Serhiy Lysak reported on Telegram shortly after midnight on Dec. 19.
At least one person was hospitalized with injuries.
Several apartment buildings were damaged. Emergency and utility services are on the scene.
“Specialists are already working on restoration,” Lysak said, adding that authorities are assessing the extent of damage to housing and collecting information to provide assistance to affected residents.
