Russian forces attacked Lviv with missiles, severely damaging several energy
infrastructure facilities, including a transformer substation, on Feb. 15, the Ministry of Energy reported on their
Telegram channel.
As a consequence, an infrastructure facility lost power.
The Ministry noted that the morning's large missile strike did not significantly disrupt the functioning of energy infrastructure.
