Russian attack in Slatyne kills three and injures others in Kharkiv Oblast

Russian troops attacked the village of Slatyne in Kharkiv Oblast, according to Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Synehubov on Sept. 28.

Three people were killed and three others injured, including one woman in serious condition, in a Russian attack on the village of Slatyne in Kharkiv Oblast, according to Oleh Synehubov, head of the regional military administration.

The attack targeted civilian infrastructure, damaging educational institutions and shops, and occurred while people were outside.

Russian troops used anti-aircraft guns, resulting in the destruction of residential buildings.

Earlier on Sept. 28, around 1:00 p.m., a drone strike in Kozacha Lopan hit a private car, killing a 61-year-old Supreme Court judge who was delivering humanitarian aid.
