A Ukrainian drone was allegedly repelled by Russian air defense
systems as it attacked Moscow’s Ramensky district overnight on March 12, Moscow
Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claimed.
There were no casualties and no damage in the incident, he also claimed, adding that emergency services were on the scene.
Reports emerged of drone attacks in Russia's Belgorod and Kursk oblasts earlier in the night, as well as in Orel city, where a fuel depot caught fire after being struck in an apparent drone attack.
A drone was purportedly downed in Russia’s Tula Oblast, claimed propagandists from TASS, while authorities in the Voronezh Oblast revealed that there was a drone attack in their region.
