Russian invaders launched another overnight drone attack on Kyiv Oblast, but Ukrainian air defenses successfully intercepted the incoming UAVs, regional officials said.
“There were no casualties among civilians, and no critical infrastructure was hit,” said Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
In the Bucha district, however, the strike caused damage to six private homes, four vehicles, three outbuildings and three garages, Kalashnyk said.
A fire also broke out at a construction site but was quickly extinguished.
A nearby country resort complex sustained damage.
The latest assault came as air raid sirens sounded across parts of Ukraine on the evening of April 21 amid a wave of Russian drone attacks.
In the southern city of Odesa, at least three people were injured, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
