An overnight Russian drone attack damaged Odesa’s critical infrastructure, leaving one of the city's districts partially without electricity, regional Governor Serhiy Lysak reported early on Dec. 22, posting photos from the site on Telegram.
A nearby residential building was damaged as well.
“A 30-year-old man was injured and taken to the hospital in moderate condition with shrapnel wounds,” he said.
