Kharkiv hit by drones: homes and enterprise damaged, three civilians injured

Russian invaders carried out three drone strikes on the central part of Kharkiv on Nov. 12.

Updated at 11:05 a.m. The State Emergency Service showed the aftermath of the Russian attack on Kharkiv.

According to rescuers, three people were injured in the Russian strike on the city center, which also caused fires.

Structural elements of a warehouse building and an auxiliary structure on the grounds of a civilian industrial enterprise caught fire. Nearby residential buildings and other facilities were also damaged.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the incident, specifying that all three strikes occurred in the city’s Kholodnohirskyi district.

The mayor added that Russian invaders attacked the city with Shahed drones. There were no reports of casualties, he said.

As of 9:40 a.m., an air raid alert remained in effect in the city.

Earlier, Ukraine’s Air Force had reported a group of drones moving toward Kharkiv.

On Nov. 11, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv. At that time, Terekhov said the blast occurred outside the city.
