Russian forces carried out an overnight attack on the city of Kharkiv with several precision-guided bombs, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported on Telegram early on Sept. 9.
“Preliminarily – several strikes on the city with guided bombs. Information on casualties is being collected,” he wrote.
“Fire is in one of the sites” of the strike.
That same night, the Kyiv authorities reported an overnight drone attack on the Ukrainian capital.
