Russian forces struck a Togolese-flagged civilian cargo ship in Odesa Oblast on July 13, killing three foreign crew members and wounding five others, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration Oleksii Kuleba reported.

Russian forces struck the ship’s superstructure as its crew was unloading a shipment of mineral fertilizer, sparking a fire.

Odesa Regional Governor Oleh Kiper also reported that Russian forces struck a moored commercial vessel at a port in Odesa Oblast.

Russian forces struck a transport company in Odesa earlier that same day, destroying buses and damaging a nearby health resort. The attack wounded four people, including a five-year-old child.

Moldovan law enforcement officials reported earlier that a Russian Shahed drone violated the country’s airspace and detonated. Preliminary data indicated no casualties.
